The French Flamingo
As of this writing The French Flamingo is the house cocktail at The Apex on Park. This drink is tart and gets better as it chills. Here's the recipe:
1 1/2 ounces of vodka
3/4 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce lime juice (fresh is best)
1 ounce pmegranate juice
Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin lime wheel and enjoy!
